Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from Superstitch MFG. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and shipping method that you have selected. It takes 1 to 5 business days to process an order. Orders are processed from Tuesday through Friday, except weekends and public holidays.

Please note that delivery may be delayed in case of heavy order volume, and factors outside of our control such as delays by the postal service and disruptions due to strikes. We cannot provide specific delivery dates or times.

All of our products are shipped from France. For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes and customs duties.

Return and Exchange Policy

All sales of items with personalisation are final once orders are placed.

Other purchases may be returned for store credit or exchange if requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be in their original condition and have not been worn, used, or altered, along with all original tags & packaging.

All return requests are subject to our authorization prior to shipment. Please note that we will not be able to accept any returns in the event that an order is returned without contacting us first, or where the delivery is not accepted or is returned to sender.
